Kathie Lee collection dress

Kathie Lee Collection dress with attached jacket look on front made from a blue velvet burnout with cute rhinestone closure. The rest of the dress is solid black. Bought second hand and lost weight and never got to wear it. Pit to pit measurement is 22 inches, shoulder to hem is 41 inches, excellent condition.
