This Vintage J. Peterman Dress lays beautifully when on, which is unfortunately hard to capture in a photo where it is hanging up! It is a semi-wrap style with pretty ruffles on the left side. The shoulders are adorned with rhinestones and have a split opening. Excellent Condition. 92% Polyester, 8% Spandex.
