This is a gently worn midi dress by Ivy City, in a women's size extra small (size 0 to 2). It's the Starry Nights Dress, with a smocked bodice and tiered skirt. Lightweight, gauzy and lined. Puff sleeves, 3/4 length; square neckline. The chest measurement is 14 inches across, from pit to pit. Per Ivy City, the smocked chest was designed with a lot of stretch, to accommodate different bust sizes and breastfeeding. The waist measures 11.5 inches across, lying flat. When stretched a bit, it measures 13 inches across. The length is 47 inches, as measured from the top of the shoulder. The dress is in very good condition, with no holes or stains.
