Embroidered Skirt Side zipper Lined 100% Cotton Brand is Ina Size Small For reference, the mannequin pictured is a size 2. New with tag, but there is some discoloration around the top of skirt. Probably from handling and try ons in the store. I have not tried to clean it since it's nwt. But it would probably come out when washed.
