Gorgeous handmade 1930s style vintage dress with minor wear - needs 2in repair

Bought this mesh black dress in 1996 from the Red Light in Seattle and wore it once weekly for a year while I worked there. This dress is darling and pairs wjth Docs and is pictured styled with a black vintage slip as it is see through. It’s size women’s 4-6 one of kind and smoking beautiful. It has a REPAIR NEEDED in attaching one side of the belt to dress and stitching the side of the dress together at the belt on the seam and is sold AS IS. It should be a fairly easy repair if you can sew.
