Floral and Cotton Summer Mini Dress

EUC; this dress is so much fun! It’s the perfect party dress and is super flattering. The top is a fitted black tank top style (black/cotton) and the bottom flairs a tiny bit; separated by a glittery gold band that is part of the dress (doesn’t come off).
