Not sure if there was supposed to be a jacket or not. Button front v-neck tank with adjustable buckles and d-ring accents. A line maxi length skirt with back waist elastic and front zip closure. Skirt features pockets and front zipper trim. Both pieces are a stretch woven and have purple tie dye trim. Runs large for tag size for designer, measures like a modern DV size 22, see below measurements.
