For your consideration is a vintage signed Joan Rivers brooch. This dazzling statement piece has a center cross with square and oval cut Emerald green rhinestones. The center oval rhinestone has a halo setting with small white crystals. White crystal flowerettes accents the entire brooch. The setting is gold plated. Absolutely stunning!
