NWOT Dakine Persuasive Surf Shorts. I sourced these from a close friend and she told me after I washed them (never dried - I don’t dry much) that I didn’t need to because she’d never worn them. So, they are indeed brand new having never been in any water aside from the washing machine. :) These are designed for surfing and if you look up the style, you’ll see that it gets amazing reviews for staying in place, is snug in all the right places and ways, and that the flat seams make such a difference. There is at least four inches of additional stretch at the waist and throughout, so lots of wiggle room for what the website says is about a size 4-6. No flaws to report whatsoever!
