Artisan Silver Tone and Red Jasper Cuff Bracelet

Artisan made silver tone and red jasper (I believe) cuff bracelet. This did not test for sterling but it is a weighty piece, possibly stainless steel. It is solidly made. It is on the small side measuring 2 1/4" across. The opening is 1". There is no adjustment when putting it on. I wear a 7" bracelet and I could not get it on my wrist. The band is a tiny bit "askew" as I show in the pictures. Please look. The double band is 1/2" wide and the focal is 1 1/4" long and 1 1/8" wide. The center stone is beautifully bezel set with an antique look. The stone is cold to the touch and IMO, it is red jasper.. I am not a gemologist though and I don't have a positive way to determine such. This is an attractive well made bracelet. Pre-owned.
