This fit and flare dress has a tie in the center of the bust, and is a light and stretchy cotton blend fabric that gives the skirt movement. Size medium Bust: 36" - 40" Waist: 31" Length (top of shoulder to bottom hem): 35" Closes in the back with an 8.5" zipper. Stretchy fabric.
