NWT Three Seasons occasional dress 3X

Brand new with tags attached. A sheer top layer with green textured design. Underneath is a flesh tone lining. The skirt on this dress is asymmetrical Dash shorter in the front, longer in the back. The lining goes to approximately knee length. Sleeves are three-quarter length. While the tags are still attached, I cannot find a fabric content tag. Pit to pit measurement is about 21 inches. The waist measurement, taken when laying flat is about 18 inches The picture measuring the skirt – that is a yardstick. The front is about 26 inches and gradually goes down to about 40 inches.
