Unique piece that can be a midi skirt or short strapless tube top dress! The bottom is a three tiered olive green vintage inspired lace with solid lining underneath (shown in picture). When used as a skirt the waistband is brown and white diagonal stripes. Waistband can unroll to reveal a stunning bronze glitter top with a flower design on the side and around the back.
