1969 Sam Savitt Horseracing Hall of Fame Collector's Puzzle Set

Sam Savitt, internationally renowned equine illustrator and artist painted the piece this puzzle is created from. Savitt chose 13 of the most acclaimed horses from the American Racing Manual Hall of Fame and the National Museum of Racing, and they are represented here with their racing colors. The back of the puzzle also lists the 13 horses, along with their foaling dates, dams, and sires. This puzzle has 502 pieces, and retains its original inserts, including its inspection slip. It is in excellent condition, with age-appropriate wear to the outer box. Springbok, the puzzle maker cuts each puzzle individually, so no two are ever the same.
