Poshmark is looking to hire a Marketplace Associate who will be part of our rapidly-growing Marketplace Operations team. The Marketplace Associate will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of Poshmark’s processes, managing our costs and easing marketplace frictions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating and easing frictions related to payments from buyers, order shipment from sender to recipient, and earnings distribution to sellers
  • Analyzing and managing our costs

Senior Software Engineer - Platform API

As a core member of the engineering team, a senior software engineer is responsible for architecting, designing, developing and maintaining existing and new features at Poshmark. You will be responsible for working in all layers of the application stack, including, the data layer (MongoDB, Memcached, Elasticsearch), distributed service layers or subsystems (Ruby), business logic layer or platforms (Ruby), API layer (REST, SOAP) and the front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). You will collaborate with product and marketing team to gather requirements, scope out projects using Agile software development methodologies. Using Test driven software development (TDD) process, implement scalable and reliable features using BDD Tools (Cucumber, RSpec), Ruby and Ruby on Rails framework. You will also work on infrastructure, operations (dev-ops) and performance monitoring projects to achieve high availability and performance. A successful candidate will play a critical role in product development from architecture to deployment.

As a core member of the mobile team, the Senior iOS Software Engineer is responsible for architecting, designing, developing and maintaining the Poshmark iOS mobile application. Poshmark is looking to hire a Merchandising Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will play a critical role in driving Poshmark’s topline monetization and conversion metrics. This is a very data-intensive role that requires exceptional quantitative skills as well as a strong instinct for consumer behavior. Prior merchandising experience is not required, however, you will need to be a high-performing individual who is energized by solving complex problems, making data-driven decisions, and executing rapidly on fast-approaching deadlines.
