Vintage Bombay Company Fused Cased Thick Glass Gold Tortoise Shell Etched Coasters Set of 4 in beautiful like new pre owned vintage condition. Still in their original Bombay satin lined cushioned box. No chips or cracks. May have never been used. Listing is for one set of 4. These are just stunning,of amazing quality and give off this sort of fiery vibe. Pictures do not do them justice. Very thick and heavy 4" square 1/2" thick clear to light amber-ish fused glass with rounded edges all around. Splattered underpainted or foil paper tortoise shell metallic gold and brown cased in the bottom of the glass (not sure if it's painted or an encased paper. Frosted etching on top. Thick black felt lining on back. Each coaster weighs approximately 11 oz. Original Bombay Company box has a cushioned black satin lining on top and a white satin cushioned cut out lining on bottom to safely preserve these beauties. Made in China. No idea of year made, but definitely vintage.
