Vintage Women’s Anthony Richard’s Purple & Black/Drop Waist Dress/Ruffles/12

Snag right at the center of the v neck (I think it almost looks purposeful) plus a few small pulls here and there. Hemmed sleeve ends. The tag indicates this is a sized as a petite but it seems like it could go either way and just be a bit shorter for a non petite person. Item is in used, vintage condition & sold as-is.
