Vintage Vakko Suede Wrap Fringed Skirt M Unworn, excellent condition 14 waist 18 hips 33 length, plus 5" fringe Has flexibility in size, may not be able to make much smaller, but estimating can add an inch on each edge, so 2 inches total most likely. I'm guessing 6, the smallest, and 8 for sure, maybe 10, please ask questions, or go by measurements.
