Vintage Suede Pencil Skirt

I can't actually tell if this is actual suede, or faux suede... it is fully lined so I can't see the back side. It has a slight stiffness to it that makes me think it's real suede. It's very nice quality, but there's no label. It may have been part of a suit. Guessing at the size, possibly small, but please measure! Waist 27" Hips 35" Hem 35" measurements circumference Length 20.5" Excellent pre-owned condition, might be 70s?
