This beautiful vintage 100% silk dress is part of the Bebe collection. This dress has an outlined floral design in a shades of teal blue. The hemline is a ruffled uneven design with a mermaid flare. The is an 18" split up one side by design. The dress has a ruffled halter neckline that ties in the back. The longest length on the hemline is about 40". There is a tie that wraps around the waist. The tie has a small stain. Please review the pictures. Dress has been professionally cleaned. Dress is free of rips, holes, tears & stains. It has been in storage in a non-smoking home.
