Black velvety fabric with floral “rhinestone” (not sure what to call them, they are not actually rhinestones, but they are definitely raised and metallic … Like a small stud) design, large gold buttons, round neckline, puff sleeves, fully lined. Due to vintage sizing, please check measurements to ensure proper fit- total length is 24.5”, armpit to armpit is 20.5. This is a beautiful vintage piece, no imperfections!
