Vintage Reversible Two Layered Skirt

This vintage I.N. STUDIO reversible skirt has two flowy nylon layers with coordinating black and white prints. One side is a sheer black and white polka dot print with a small ruffle at the hem, while the print on the other side is a black and white, less sheer, contemporary print that is just slightly shorter, allowing the ruffle of the polka dot layer to show. Wear around the top shown The designer is I.N. STUDIO but, because it is fully reversible, it has no tags or labels. It is fully washable and easy car fits about a small measurements in photos
