Vintage Replica de Parisienne Fascinator Hat With Net Veil

This fascinator has a unique netting... it trails off into long "tails" that are finished with a loop and a rhinestone... I have NO idea what you are supposed to do with them... tie them in back??? Anybody? It is a beautiful woven hat, black with a triple braided trim in cream and black. The hat is in very good condition, and for the most part the netting is too, except where it has rubbed on the part of the hat that curves around. But it could be repositioned easily. See the last pic. I've been told that this is a fifties piece...
