Vintage Handmade Women’s Skirt 10 Quilt Squares Full Bottom Dusty Rose Color

This is a vintage handmade women’s skirt. It has a full bottom and has 10 quilt squares though not from an old quilt. Probably cotton (muslin inside?) I’d call the color a dusty rose:). Pocket in each side. Nicely lined. Looks like there is 2-3” to adjust with the button on each side. Bottom of the skirt can flare out. About a 28” waist, slight give if stretched. With the buttons out you could probably squeeze 4-6” extra. Perhaps a size medium. Looks like a 4” hem, might be possible to let out. Nice condition.
