You know you need this dress. Made in USA, Vintage 1980s by brand Southeastern. Black velvet bodice, Puff Sleeve, Velvet Polka Dot Full Skirt. Size 12 - Dimensions are Overall Length 54", Width at Underarm 17", Width at Waist 15". Vintage Condition, Some Wear with a few snags at the bottom hem (sewn) - shown in last photos, does not affect wear.
