Vintage Gay Gibson Floral Wool long sleeve Dress

Vintage Gay Gibson 1960’s grey wool dress with small repeating pink, yellow and cream flowers.A fun dress for Fall and Winter and definitely flattering. Features a high neck with cream lace embroidered ruffles,back zipper and hook and eye. Double row of ruffles that run down middle of the dress with small brass buttons between the lace. The end of sleeves are finished with same matching ruffle. Most definitely a 60’ s dress. Has some darts on front and sleeves but cut is A - line. Some of the brass buttons have lost some sheen so I’d recommend replacing. Some examples are posted or go with same style ) The dress is not lined but fabric inside is acetate so it’s not scratchy. Tag says size 5 Appears to fit a 3-5 as Vintage was smaller. Shoulder to shoulder 13”” Underarm to underarm 16”” Waist 15” Hips 16” Length from back shoulder 30.5” Arm length 21.5” Made with Wool and lining is Acetate [See Tag in Photo] Condition is excellent aside from buttons mentioned and it has been cleaned.
