This is a vintage glass flower frog. It is placed in the bottom of a vase to hold flower stems. I personally think this is cool to hold pens and pencils as well. 11 holes. Measurements shown in 2nd image.

lauraharris881 Hello there! What you have is a vintage flower frog. It’s sits in the bottom of a vase and holds the stems in place for a floral arrangement. 🌷💐🌹But hey, cool to use it as a pen holder too👍🏻
