Vintage Cherished Teddies Holden "Catching The Holiday Spirit!" HoHo! Figurine

Holden "Catching The Holiday Spirit!" bear figurine by Cherished Teddies. This absolutely cute resin figurine features a bear named Holden. Holden is wearing a red Santa hat, a white scarf with green polka dots, and a red & white stripes patch on the left elbow. The bear is holding a stick with letter blocks that hang from it and read "HoHo!". The blocks are painted in red, blue, and green. This figurine measures approximately 3 1/4" tall and about 2 3/4" wide. It is stamped on the bottom: Reg # 6E5/558, Model #176095. It is a 1996 piece by artist P. Hillman and licensed to Enesco Corporation. The piece was retired on 1999. This lovely figurine is in very good vintage condition. The original box and certificate is not included.
