Vintage Chambers Volunteer Fire Department belt and buckle black leather size 38

Buckle measures about 2.5” x3”. Belt width is about 1.25”. No size is given but when buckled in middle belt hole it measures right for a 36 waist which would be a size 38 belt. Black leather with white stitching. Black snaps are missing some paint. Slight bend in the leather at about the middle which will be the back. Slight ding on edge of buckle.
