Vintage 60’s Carol Brent fuchsia floral embroidered color block dress size 10

This adorable dress is in overall good condition for being 60ish years old. I am guessing todays equivalent size is a 10. Please double check measurements. This does have a tiny faint spot on the bottom cream stripe and bottom fuchsia hem. Please see photos. Otherwise great condition.
