A beautiful and elegant dress designed by Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue. It is a simple silloute and a stunning fit with a great feel. The dress is made with Rayon and Acetate but feels like velvet. It has a back zipper and a slight slit on the bottom back. The hook at the top of the zipper needs to be replaced. The shoulder straps can be let out if needed. Fly lined.
