VINTAGE It’s No Dogs World ceramic Bassett hound letter/napkin holder

There is a crack around his head and a chip on the bottom of left ear. There’s also a couple spots where the paint is duller, mainly on the top of the head. Holder measures approximately 3” by 2.5” and 6” tall.
