They are designed to be more waterproof while being breathable and also quieter. Features: Bungee waist adjustment. Velcro ankle adjustment. Zippered fly with a snap closure. Zippered calves for easy on off with boots. Side cargo pockets (non waterproof). Flaps with snap closure to allow access to pockets of your pants under the outer pants.
