Tattered raw edge, column dress

I wanted to call this Ursula on dryland. It looks like a dress that Ursula, the villain from little mermaid might wear if she had legs. The basic dress is a rayon spandex net, but it has a silky, raw edged tattered, patchwork design. It gives it a very mermaid core feel. I am a size 16 and can get this on. It has plenty of stretch, but I feel it is best suited to a large in excellent condition.
