This is new without tags! Well made with heavy duty stretch fabric. Beautiful red color. Fabric has about 2 inches of comfortable stretch and the sleeves have an inch of stretch. Small mark on one of the sleeves (last picture.) Bust: 18”, Waist: 13”, Hips: 18” From top of shoulder to hem: 58” Measurements were taken across the front with dress laying flat.
