Tahari Dress with Lime Green and Orange Accents

This dress is great for spring and summer. The bottom of the dress has a 3.25” lime green hem and a neon orange accent around the neck. From shoulder to hem is 36”. The dress is 98% cotton and 2% elastane. The lining is 98% polyester and 2% elastane.
