TUTU White Satin Lined Tulle Mesh Elastic Waist Mini Skirt

Super stretchy elastic band on this 15" long crinoline mesh tutu, perfect for a costume or dance ensemble. Waist is 22" unstretched, 32" stretched most of the way (probably 34" stretched fully). I am a size large in bottoms and this is a little too tight for me to wear for more than about 20 minutes. Would fit someone XS-M so I've listed as XXS, XS, S, and M. Would also work for a girl M-XL. Only one white tutu for sale, though. Once this sells I'll remove the other size listings. Mesh net tulle fabric in bright white with a white satin lining. Purchased at Spirit last year.
