This pretty blouse is Hi-Lo & looks Ike it's never been worn. Selling for a friend. States size 4, but check measurements: Underarm to underarm lying flat: 18½"; Shoulder to hem is 26" in front & 1¾" linger in back. Sleeve length is 22".
