SunnyGirl retro Navy Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @nlrbor. Unfortunately it was listed an XL size but i think it had been put in washer/drier as the size is no longer accurate. Chest laying flat is 18". 16" waist laying flat. Darling retro, classy versatile style. Loved it, but it's too small for me :( I'm regrettably reposhing and listing as a size Medium Questions?
