New with tags. Comes with belt. Very late 90’s to Y2K in style. Early 2000’s in age. Low rise with a slight flare. Distressed by design as well as the cuffs. See photos. Front zipper and button work perfectly. Belt is faux leather. There is an area of discoloration on the lower front leg. There are some stitching irregularities under the back brand tag near the waist. See photos.
