Small cat plate, Tabby with blue grey slate colored eyes, edged in gold

This sweet vintage cat plate is certainly the cat’s meow. A male cat peers out at you with a placid gaze. He has strong bone structure and slate grayish blue eyes. This small decorative plate has slightly scalloped, flower-inspired edges with gold leaf on the sides. This appears to be hand-painted. Not sure when this was created, but the initials “MS” are on back. This is a lovely collectible! 4” in diameter. There are two holes at the top that I threaded a gold ribbon through, but you could use to hang on the wall. Also there are a couple bubbles under the clear glaze that I tried to show.
