Pretty all over white flowers on a blue lace eyelet, adjustable straps, v-neckline, pretty faux pearl buttons down center front, lined half way, front slit, back is smocked and elasticized. Fabric is 100% Cotton. Measurements laying flat are approximately 15” inches underarm to underarm and there is a little stretch in that area because of the smocking 😊
