This is an adorable ditsy navy floral mini dress by Rickie Freeman for Teri Jon, size 4. Excellent preowned condition. Navy with yellow and blue flowers. A-Line cut. Sleeveless, however arms are covered by a flutter sleeve that extends to the back of the dress. Inseam rear zipper. Large keyhole opening in the back. Lined. Fabric tag missing but feels to be viscose with a silk lining. Bust: 16”” Waist: 13” Hem to hem: 36”
