Rachel Zoe sheer lace dress

I can see this dress with the neon slip under it. But you can do black or not at all a pretty lace dress with three-quarter sleeves ending in a pretty Bell. There is a tie tassel front. Which I really like I love tassels but they’re easy enough to remove if you don’t. In excellent condition
