Q. Miller Vintage Mixed Metal/media 925 Silver Chain 16” Artisan Necklace

A one of a kind silver (chain is marked 925 Italy), pewter and brass southwestern necklace designed by noted silversmith and jewelry artist Q Miller. Decorated with raised Southwestern Brass Spiral and many other fanciful dangles on this artful necklace. With multiple art media mixed in for lots of colorful fun!! Hallmarked Q Miller on the back of large stamped silver dangle center of necklace (had to use my magnifying glass to read). In beautiful vintage condition (a little bit of patina) on this 16” necklace. The pics don’t catch the shine of the silver on the chain, but it is an eye catcher! I can’t date this piece but Q. Miller has been in business for 40 years. From their website: “Primitive cultures on each continent used imagery to tell their history before the written word. I celebrate the collective knowledge of our human history by combining original visual imagery titled with sayings inspired by contemporary language. I work in mixed metals, primarily by soldering shaped red brass, sterling or copper wire onto sheet pewter, then hand stamping the surface with small symbols, polishing the piece to a high gloss, and embellishing with semi-precious stones, glass, and metal beads.
