Primavera Homecoming Dress

Bought from Henri’s Cloud Nine I have only tried it on, but it appears to have been worn by one of their models or tried on so many times that it is worn down. So technically it is new with tags, but clearly there is damage. There are several places that have holes, stretching of the fabric, or straps that look like they have been altered. I am a size double 0 or zero, but this dress really seems to fit like a two. My shoulders aren’t broad enough to wear it. This has potential to be such a beautiful dress, but it definitely needs a fixer-upper. It could be a fun project. The zipper works perfectly fine, and most of the beads are intact. it has a built in padded bra and the waist is see-through. The dress could definitely be worn as is, and would not be noticeable if you were, for example taking pictures at a distance. This is a Primavera red homecoming or cocktail formal dress. Could also be a pageant dress. Size 00, but feels more like a size 2
