Pre-loved Dress Moulinette Souers sz10 Watercolor Skirt great workwear piece

Originally purchased at Anthropology this is a dress with the illusion of 2-pieces and is super light weight. The top is cream with a raw edge ruffle detail. There is a small stain which I’ve included in photos but would probably come off if dry cleaned. There are 2 layers to the top, the bottom a slip and then the overlay is sheer. What really makes this dress special is the skirt fabric which looks like a watercolor Monet with a slight gold sheen. Structurally, it is more of a straight pencil style skirt. There is a side zipper to easily get in/out and hits about the knee.
