Vintage Art Deco Star Vase attributed to Pierre D'avesn for Daum in the 1930's. Daum started a line called Lorraine and Pierre, who had worked with Renee lalique for 10 years prior, used what he had learned from the heavy molded technique. This piece was done in a bark texture. 12 point star shape pieces. To reiterate, this is not signed but The way the base was molded does not allow for that. Barring that identification, the most I can go on is what has sold in the past and the few times that I have seen this, it has been sold under the Pierre D'avesn for Daum attribution.
