New Varga Red Skirt M

This is a new Jayvee Varga party skirt in size M. The colors are red and black. The black print is a textured velour/velvet material. There are inconsistencies in the stitching edge on the bottom. That is how I bought it. There is fabric attached to the sides that can be tied in the front or back.
