NWT sparkly black space dye feather loop women's neck scarf w/ fringe by Sears

Feather loop scarf from Sears New with tags Length: 68" / Width: 8.5" • MATERIAL - No material tag found but my guess is a mix of acrylic, polyester, and spandex. It is able to stretch it's width by almost double, but while it's relaxed it helps give a gathered/scrunched look • COLOR - Multicolor black. Lots of different colors with a touch of silver metallic to give it a sparkle. ~ All my items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
